What are non-exclusive (Lease) beats?

The leasing rights allow Licensee to use the Instrumentals purchased from this beat store.
After purchasing leasing rights, Moh-Beatmaker still owns the Instrumentals and have the rights to resell them to any other subject until „Exclusive“ rights have been obtained. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use.
